ZEE HAAG

Zee Haag is a third-generation rock and mineral gemstone miner born in Tucson, Arizona in 1958. Zee was raised by his mother and father, who were both into mineral mining, and gemstones.
    Most of Zee‘s life has been immersed in the gem and mineral business; traveling to dozens of different countries and visiting Africa more than 20 times. There, Zee acquired an immense collection of raw gems to be used in his art. Over the years, his art evolved with his focus on incorporating light and gems and the study of sacred geometry into his art. This combination of metal stone gems fossils inspired by The Holy Spirit and the twist and turns of his own life helps forms his art. Married to Gigi, they have four children and four grandchildren and still live in Tucson, in a jungle that they call home.
